Your items will arrive beautifully wrapped in our signature cotton tote bags, each featuring a thoughtful quote to add a little joy to your unboxing experience. Tote sizes are selected based on your order and sealed inside a protective black mailing bag to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
All orders within the UK are shipped via DPD, and international deliveries are handled by DHL — both fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
To ensure safe arrival, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Processing & Delivery Times

During high-demand periods (such as launches or sales), please allow up to 10 additional business days for dispatch.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
Please note: any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused due to customs fees, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
