Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Because our pieces are handmade, we can’t accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
