Refund Policy

At The Ess Collective, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Each bag and accessory is crafted to order, which means small variations may occur — this is part of their unique charm.
We want you to love your purchase, so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Because our pieces are handmade, we can’t accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at theesscollective@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Clear photos (if item arrived damaged or faulty)

Refunds
  • Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
